As it said, our main wealth is health and well being. Very often we forget about it in our busy and speedy lives. This List is all about natural lifestyle, positive thinking and wise acting. Just a reminder to help you to maintain Healthy and Happy You.

HEALTH:

1. Drink plenty of water and herbal teas. Wash out your toxins!

2. Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a beggar. It’s all about common sense and moderation!

3. Eat more foods that grow on trees and plants and eat less food that is manufactured in plants.

4. Live with the 3 E’s –Energy, Enthusiasm, and Empathy. Make your life easier!

5. Make time for prayer.  Bring yourself in balance!                                                                                     

6. Play more intellectual games. Give your brain good exercises!

7. Read more books than you did in 2008. Enrich yourself with wisdom of smart and talented people!

8. Sit in silence for at least 10 minutes each day. Calm down, enjoy Nature and forget about life pressure!

 

9. Sleep for 7-8 hours. Give your body and brain the rest it deserves to function properly!

 10.Take a 30 minutes walk every day. And while you walk, smile. Release your negative energy!

 PERSONALITY:

11. Don’t compare your life to others’. You have no idea what their journey is all about. Make your life the best you can!

12. Don’t have negative thoughts or things you cannot control. Instead invest your energy in the positive present moment. 

13. Don’t over do. Keep your head cool and know your limits.

14. Don’t take yourself so seriously. No one else does.

15. Don’t waste your precious energy on gossip. It doesn’t make you feel better.

16. Dream more while you are awake, and make it come true.

 17. Envy is a waste of time. Don’t put yourself down with this feeling. You already have all you need.  

18. Forget issues of the past. Don’t remind your partner with his/her mistakes of the past. That will ruin your present happiness.

19. Life is too short to waste time hating anyone. Don’t hate others. However, sometimes hatred can turn into love.

20. Make peace with your past so it won’t spoil the present.

21. No one is in charge of your happiness except you.

22. Realize that life is a school and you are here to learn. Problems are simply part of the curriculum that appear and fade away like algebra class but the lessons you learn will last a lifetime.

23. Smile and laugh more. Laugh is a great, natural and healing remedy!

24. You don’t have to win every argument.  Agree to disagree or prove your point wisely.

SOCIETY:

25. Call your family often. Love and family are the best life values that last forever.

26. Each day give something good to others. Good things come back in many different forms when you don’t expect them.

27. Forgive everyone for everything. Leave the past in the past and move into a bright future.

28. Spend time with people over the age of 70 and under the age of 6. Enligthen your life with kindness.

29. Try to make at least three people smile each day. Speak with good actions and joy!

 30. What other people think of you is none of your business. Be strong, self-confident and believe in yourself.

31. Your job won’t take care of you when you are sick. Your family and friends will. Appreciate them and stay constantly in touch.

 LIFE:                                         

32. Do the right thing, help yourself! If you do it, you can help other people, too.

33. Get rid of everything that isn’t useful, beautiful or joyful.  It will make you feel efficient.

34. GOD and Mother Nature heals everything, if you believe so.

35. However good or bad a situation is, it will change if you are willing to act.

36. No matter how you feel, get up, dress up, show up. C’est la vie!

37. The best is yet to come. Just be patient, passionate and productive!

38. When you awake alive in the morning, thank GOD and your lucky star for it.

 39. Your Inner most is always happy.  Your body is designed to maintain the best in you. So, be healthy and happy.
